Gentle exercise classes in Caringbah, led by an accredited exercise physiologist. Warm water, low impact, and a lovely social group.
Our pool sits at a comfortable 33 degrees, so you can move freely and stay warm all year round.

Gentle exercise uses warm water as a complementary therapy: slow, guided movement aimed at easing pain, relaxing muscles and lifting your mood. The water supports your body, so movements that feel hard on land become possible again. And there's a lovely social side to every class.

Not sure if it's right for you? Check with your doctor or health professional, then give us a call.
Paolo prides himself on giving quality care to every person, whatever their circumstances, especially in the water. He's friendly and always up for a chat, so you'll feel like you're talking with someone who genuinely wants to help you move more freely and confidently.
Every class balances respect, real benefit and enjoyment for everyone in the pool.
Gentle exercise class times
You don't need to be a strong swimmer in order to take part in a gentle exercise class. The water is 1.2 metres deep, so you can stand for the whole class. We have stairs with a handrail, or a pool hoist to help get you in and out of the water if necessary. At around 33 degrees, the water feels warm and soothing from the moment you get in.
Before class starts, tell Paolo about any injuries or conditions. He'll adapt each movement to suit your body. Move at your own pace, and rest whenever you need to. This is a low pressure class.
Take your time getting changed. When you're ready, book your next class online, or bring a friend along. The social side is half the fun.
