Dry land training sessions
We offer our swimmers dry-land classes as it highly benefits their swimming.
It’s no secret the most successful swimmers in the world don’t achieve their results just by swimming. They have a balanced training program which involves weekly sessions of “dry land” activities.
Southern Sydney Swim Team
We are a team of swimming who incorporate hard training with fun and friendships, refer to Competitive Swimming page for more information on joining the SSST.
Squad Assessments
The Head Squad Coach is responsible for all squad assessments. All current squad swimmers will be assessed throughout their program, not on any particular day. Movement from squad to squad is on coach’s recommendation only.
Moving Squads
Unlike learn to swim whereby kids may progress a lot faster through the different levels, squads progress within their squads and could remain in the same squad for months or even a year depending on the kids attendance and effort put into each session. Please feel free to chat with your child's coach to obtain feedback on their progression.
