Stroke Perfection Clinics

Our Stroke Perfection clinic are designed to focus on specific strokes to incorporating various drills skills to help the swimmers improve the overall swimming technique.

Each session focusses on a specific stroke set. 

Tuesday - Freestyle & Butterfly

Wednesday - Breaststroke & Butterfly

Thursday - Medley (All four strokes)

Please remember to bring a water bottle and a light snack. 

For those who are booking in to the Butterfly and Medley programs, please bring flippers with you. 

Swimming caps are recommended. 

Sessions run for 1.5 hours.
